Writing Resolutions

1. To keep up to date on doing the crits for my writing group.
2. To maintain the following schedule for SKE:
Chapters 7 – 13 April 30
Chapters 14 – 20 July 31
Chapters 21 – 30 October 31
Chapters 31 – 40 December 31
3. Not to slow down my writing for editing. No rewriting anything. (Same kind of rules as for NaNoWriMo.)
4. Try to keep four script pages ahead of David for the Domino Girls.
5. Keep writing Gates of Amduat.

The Domino Girls is a web comic I’m the co-creator for (I do the writing, and my friend, David Goodner does the art). It’s about Phoebe and Diana, twin sisters who are musicians (the name of the comic is taken from the name of their band), and their adventures on the road. When they’re not performing music, they’re performing magic; both of them have the Gift, and have been trained to use it since a very young age.

The first page of the comic is set to go live on Thursday, February 1st, and will update on Thursdays. Why don’t you come on by and check it out. If you like it, please tell your friends!

Arthur C. Clarke

Well known for nonfiction science writing and for early promotion of the effort toward space travel, his fiction was often grand and visionary.

Which science fiction writer are you?

Scientist adds caffeine to pastries.

No, not that kind of dancing girl.

Ariana has discovered the joy of dancing, so I took the camera out with me to the bus stop and made a movie of her dancing around.
