The Perils of Writing

Heh. I got so caught up in working on Chapter 10 that I completely forgot to do a blog entry.

So, what’s on the schedule for today? Need to do the grocery shopping today. We normally do it on Saturdays, but it’s supposed to be bitterly cold with high winds tomorrow, and we don’t want to take the kids out in that. Around the shopping, I need to finish Chapter 10. It’s just about done. Most of the original draft has been tossed, and some serious rewrites of what was left. I’m suffering from “changing things on the fly”-itis. Having made some significant changes in the early chapters, I’m still working on the repercussions of them in the later chapters. This is going to make for some really weird stuff happening, and will require some serious in depth revisions later. But that’s okay. That’s what I’m planning for.

As per usual, I most likely won’t be posting anything this weekend, so have a good weekend!
